Our public website shares ministry updates and combined impact totals. Food assistance recipients’ names, addresses, and individual records are not displayed on this website.
Information we collect
Food assistance requests
We collect your name, phone number, required email address, home address, number of adults and children in your household, meat preferences, and food allergy information. We also record your acknowledgments and newsletter preference.
Volunteer signups
We collect your name, email address, phone number, city or town, preferred way to be contacted, interests, availability, and any notes you choose to provide. We also record your signup acknowledgment.
Newsletter subscriptions and inquiries
Newsletter signup collects your email address. If you contact us directly, we receive the contact information and message you send. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and avoid sending payment card details, government identification numbers, or unrelated medical information.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review food assistance requests and volunteer signups, contact you about next steps, coordinate services and opportunities, maintain ministry records, and manage email preferences. We also use limited technical information to protect the website and reduce repeated or abusive submissions.
Submitting a food assistance request does not approve or schedule a delivery. A volunteer signup does not confirm a shift or activate a volunteer account.
Email preferences
Food assistance
Your email is added to our Families email list for food assistance communications. The optional newsletter box is checked by default. You can uncheck it before submitting; this does not affect your food assistance request.
Volunteers
As explained on the volunteer form, signing up adds your email to both our Volunteers and Newsletter lists for volunteer opportunities and ministry news.
Newsletter subscribers
Signing up directly for our newsletter adds your email to our Newsletter list. Follow any confirmation instructions you receive. Newsletter signup does not register your household for food assistance.
Our email service provider manages these subscriptions. The food assistance and volunteer signup integrations send your email address and applicable list memberships to that provider; they do not send your home address, household details, allergies, meat preferences, or volunteer notes.
Existing unsubscribe preferences are respected. You can unsubscribe through the link in subscription emails or contact us for help. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete a food assistance request or volunteer record. We may still need to contact you directly about a request or service you have asked us to coordinate.
Website and external links
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine connection information, such as network and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Our newsletter provider may process connection information when a signup form loads or is submitted. Temporary technical identifiers help limit repeated form submissions.
This website does not include advertising trackers. Food assistance form details are not saved in your browser’s local storage. Cookies or similar technologies used by external services are governed by those services’ policies and settings.
Donation and social links take you to other websites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information. Email links open your email application; no message is sent until you choose to send it.
Your choices and requests
Contact info@p346.org to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or get help with email preferences. Let us know promptly if your contact details, household information, or food allergies change.
We may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing private records. Some information may need to be retained for ongoing services, required program records, or legal obligations. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
