860 Pounds of Food, a Day of Connection and Hope

Some of the most meaningful moments in ministry happen when we take the time to stop and connect. Today, I was reminded how wonderful it is to spend time with the people God has placed in our lives—catching up with families, sharing conversation, and enjoying the company of our friends at Hotel Lafayette. ❤️

On Saturday, October 17, P346 delivered to 6 families and hosted our Homeless Outreach Food Distribution at Hotel Lafayette in Downtown Easton. Across those 7 completed deliveries and events, we shared 860 pounds of food with our neighbors.

Each delivery gave us an opportunity to connect with a family and remind them that they are cared for. I truly enjoyed spending time with everyone today. Taking a few moments to talk and listen is such a meaningful part of what we do. We want the people we serve to feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued every time we visit.

That same spirit of friendship carried into our Homeless Outreach Food Distribution at Hotel Lafayette. It was wonderful to be with the residents and our friends experiencing homelessness, sharing food and enjoying time together. These relationships mean so much to me, and I am grateful for every opportunity we have to nurture them.

There is something special about returning to a place where we have built friendships. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming those we are just getting to know. Our Hotel Lafayette family holds a special place in our hearts, and spending part of our Saturday together was a blessing.

• 7 total completed deliveries and events
• 860 pounds of food shared

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to our entire P346 crew, our food donors, and everyone who supports this ministry. The time and care you give help make these visits possible. From preparing food to getting it into our neighbors’ hands, every contribution matters.

We thank God for today’s provision and for the opportunity to put our faith into action. Our prayer is that the food brings relief and that the care shared along the way reminds each person how deeply they are loved.

To the families and friends we spent time with today: thank you for welcoming us into your day. It is a joy to know you and a privilege to walk alongside you.
