What a beautiful week of serving, connecting, and sharing the love of Christ with our local community! ❤️
Looking back over this week at Psalm 346 Ministries Inc., I am grateful for every person who helped us keep showing up for our neighbors. Every pickup, every box packed, and every delivery took someone’s time and care—and together, those efforts helped put food into the hands of people who needed it.
This week, P346 delivered 3,509 LBS of food through 43 completed deliveries and events, including:
Behind those numbers are people who matter deeply to us. Our prayer is that every delivery brings some relief, encouragement, and a reminder that they are loved.
We started the week on Sunday with our Glendon Borough Food Distribution, sharing food and reaching neighbors right in their community. What a blessing to begin the week putting our faith into action!
On Tuesday, we blessed 6 families and made deliveries to Bushkill House and Hotel Lafayette in Downtown Easton. On Wednesday, we continued serving our neighbors with deliveries to Bushkill House, Hotel Lafayette, and Lutheran Manor in Bethlehem. These low-income housing communities are an important part of our ministry, and we are thankful for every opportunity to bring food to the people who call them home.
Thursday was another full day, with deliveries to 8 families and Bushkill House, followed by our Homeless Outreach Food Distribution at Hotel Lafayette. Spending time with our Hotel Lafayette family and our neighbors experiencing homelessness means so much to me. I love the conversations, the laughter, and the opportunity to simply spend time together. Those connections are a precious part of this ministry.
On Friday, we blessed 8 more families and returned to Bushkill House and Hotel Lafayette with food deliveries. We finished the week on Saturday by serving 10 families and making a delivery to Safe Harbor Easton—a connection we are especially thankful to be renewing.
A HUGE SHOUTOUT to our partner, ProJeCt of Easton! We are so happy to be working alongside you to reach more people in our community. Through our collaboration, we can help bring pantry food to neighbors who face barriers to getting there themselves, including elderly residents, people with disabilities, and working families. Thank you for the food donations, the referrals, and the care you put into serving our neighbors. We are grateful to be part of this work together!
Another HUGE SHOUTOUT to Safe Harbor Easton! We are excited to begin working with you again and to support the work you do for people experiencing homelessness. Safe Harbor helps men rebuild their lives through rehabilitation, housing assistance, and mental health and recovery programs that work to address the underlying causes of their homelessness. We are thankful for the opportunity to contribute food as your team helps people move toward stability and a fresh start.
And to the entire crew at P346—HUGE SHOUTOUT and THANK YOU! Every pickup, every packed box, every loaded vehicle, and every stop along the way matters. I am so grateful for your willingness to give your time, energy, and hearts to this ministry. Thank you for another amazing week of blessing our local community!
Thank You, Jesus, for the food, the helping hands, and the opportunities to serve. Please continue to guide this ministry and bless every person we reach.
To everyone who donates, volunteers, prays, or shares our mission: you help make these deliveries possible.
Sharing the love of Christ with every delivery. ❤️
