Thursday Night Ministries 11/21/2024
Today we blessed 4 families in our local community and made deliveries to the Harlan House in Downtown Easton and to our homeless friends down by the river :)
Despite the cold, rainy weather, it was a real blessing getting to spend time with our friends down by the river and with our Harlan House fam! Gosh I just love seeing everyone and getting to chat for a while!
If someone were to ask me what I love most about this ministry, well, honestly, it'd be a bit tough to answer... Our goal is to share the love of Jesus Christ with everyone as we share food with those we help. But there is something else too.. When we bring this wonderful food the Lord has blessed us with to those in need, I feel like the "little man" is winning. And we are sharing in that victory with them. May God forever bless the little man!
I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT and THANKS to Donna Berry from Forks Community Church for coming out in this weather to join us in the homeless ministry! May God bless you, Donna, for doing the Lord's work! I look forward to you joining us again very soon! :)
