Saturday Ministries 10/12/2024
Today was a truly special day. We had the incredible opportunity to bless a family in our local community and make heartwarming deliveries to places close to our heart—the Harlan House and our cherished homeless friends down by the river.
Our day began with a simple yet profound mission: to spread a little joy and to share the love of Jesus Christ. We visited a family in need, offering what we could to lighten their load. The joy in their eyes was a reminder of the power of community and kindness.
Next on our journey was the Harlan House, where we were greeted by a wave of smiles and warm welcomes. It's always a pleasure to connect with the wonderful folks there, sharing stories and laughter that brighten everyone's day.
Lastly, we spent time with our homeless friends by the river. This visit is always so meaningful to us. It's not just about delivering essentials; it's about forging connections, sharing moments, and exchanging smiles that speak louder than words.
Being able to spend quality time with everyone was truly heartwarming. It reinforced the belief that small acts of kindness can have a ripple effect, reaching far beyond what we can see. Watching smiles spread throughout the day reminded us why we do what we do.
