1,270 Pounds of Food, Countless Reasons to Care

October 15 was another day of putting faith into action at P346. With grateful hearts, we delivered food to 7 families and hosted our Homeless Outreach Ministries, sharing a total of 1,270 pounds of food with our neighbors in need.

Every delivery is an opportunity to remind someone that they are loved, remembered, and part of a community that cares. That is the heart behind the work we do—and what keeps us going, one family and one outreach at a time. ❤️

For families facing difficult seasons, groceries can help ease the pressure of putting meals on the table. We are grateful to be able to offer that practical support with compassion and respect. Whatever circumstances bring someone to P346, our desire is for them to feel welcome and valued.

Our Homeless Outreach Ministries also gave us another opportunity to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness and others in need. This ministry holds a special place in my heart. Food brings us together, and our hope is that the care offered alongside it reminds each person that they matter deeply—to us and to God.

Today’s work included:

• 8 total completed deliveries and events
• 1,270 pounds of food shared

As I reflect on those numbers, I am thankful for everyone who helps make this ministry possible. To our volunteers, food donors, supporters, and the entire P346 crew: thank you for giving your time, energy, and heart to our local community. Every pickup, every prepared box, and every delivery takes care and effort. Your willingness to serve helps turn generosity into food on someone’s table.

Above all, we thank God for the opportunity to keep showing up for our neighbors. We pray that the food shared today brings nourishment, that the support brings some relief, and that every person we serve feels the love of Christ through our actions.
